This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Acquires new leads through networking, cold calling, and researching various directories and online platforms.
• Regularly engages in face-to-face interactions with customers to build robust relationships and ensure satisfaction.
• Interprets complex customer requirements for the creation of tailored quotes.
• Delivers compelling sales presentations while ensuring that technical specifications are fulfilled.
• Aids in on-site troubleshooting to address customer concerns.
• Collaborates with vendor resources to cultivate relationships and bolster sales efforts.
• Performs additional duties as needed.
• Enhances revenue and profitability by generating new business and further developing existing accounts.
• Generally requires a high school diploma or GED.
• Typically necessitates prior industry and sales experience.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• A solid understanding of key sales principles and best practices is required.
• Capability to influence customers while maintaining positive relationships.
• Must take initiative and work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to multitask and effectively manage time is crucial.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.
• Familiarity with industrial products, including power transmission, hydraulic, pneumatic, and other industrial goods.
