This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Act as the primary linguistic liaison for clients, addressing quality concerns, updates, and feedback while representing Acclaro in quarterly business reviews and important discussions.
• Establish, implement, and standardize linguistic quality processes and benchmarks across accounts to ensure uniformity and scalability.
• Lead quality monitoring, analysis, and ongoing enhancement, utilizing data and account trends to boost customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Program Managers, Project Managers, and Language Leads to gather and maintain reference materials, such as style guides, glossaries, and instructional documents.
• Conduct source text analysis in accordance with ISO17100 standards and guarantee linguistic readiness for projects.
• Design and oversee linguistic workflows, which include information flows, query resolution processes, quality assurance frameworks, and escalation routes.
• Assist in resource strategy by collaborating with Talent Finders to choose the appropriate linguists and suppliers for each project.
• Mentor, guide, and support Language Leads, ensuring clarity on roles, expectations, and best practices across various languages.
• Serve as the link between clients, internal teams, and suppliers, managing communication and resolving linguistic challenges across all parties involved.
• Supervise and carry out quality assurance checks, ensuring that deliverables meet the specified criteria and standards.
• Manage terminology and linguistic assets (terminology databases, style guides, instructions), ensuring consistency between offline and WordsOnline environments.
• Facilitate onboarding and transition activities, including migrating accounts from offline to WordsOnline, ensuring continuity and quality.
• Possess over 5 years of experience in linguistic quality or language services operations within the localization sector.
• Hold a bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional or military experience.
• Be fully proficient in English, both in writing and speaking.
• Bring practical expertise in linguistic quality assurance, terminology management, and multilingual workflows.
• Feel comfortable collaborating with global teams, engaging multiple stakeholders, and working cross-functionally.
• Exhibit strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a knack for identifying root causes and implementing solutions.
• Communicate effectively with both internal teams and external clients.
• Capable of managing multiple projects and priorities while maintaining a keen attention to detail and quality standards.
