This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of territory performance by boosting demand and adoption, while meeting sales targets.
• Foster and engage physician advocates who can drive clinical adoption and enhance hospital acceptance.
• Secure hospital access by navigating Pharmacy & Therapeutics (P&T) committees and related institutional review processes in collaboration with Market Access.
• Identify, prioritize, and promote growth opportunities within both new and existing hospital accounts.
• Cultivate strong, trust-based relationships with orthopedic surgeons, infectious disease specialists, and key clinical stakeholders.
• Provide education and training for surgeons, perioperative teams, pharmacists, and other stakeholders to ensure appropriate usage.
• Transform early adoption into consistent utilization and sustained territory performance.
• Work alongside internal partners to deliver actionable field insights that guide strategy and execution.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required; an advanced degree is preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years of successful sales experience within hospital settings in specialty pharma, medtech, or orthopedic fields.
• Proven experience in navigating Pharmacy & Therapeutics (P&T) or VAC committees and hospital formulary processes.
• Demonstrated ability to cultivate physician advocacy and influence adoption within intricate hospital systems.
• Established reputation as a trusted advisor among orthopedic surgeons and/or infectious disease specialists.
• Prior experience in launching new product categories and developing territories or businesses from inception is required.
• Experience selling in operating room, perioperative, and inpatient hospital settings.
• Strong skills in cross-functional collaboration with a demonstrated team-oriented approach; ability to partner effectively with Market Access, Clinical, and commercial stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel 75% of the time.
