Account Manager – Verification Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +21 more states.

📋 Description

• Act as the main point of contact between clients and Lumelight, fostering robust relationships through a comprehensive understanding of client objectives, business requirements, and expectations.

• Engage effectively with clients and their representatives by organizing meetings, addressing inquiries, providing progress updates, and presenting project reports.

• Collaborate closely with the Data Team to guarantee precise data gathering, analysis, and timely fulfillment of client deliverables.

• Work in partnership with cross-functional teams throughout the audit process to ensure alignment, transparency, and successful project results.

• Track project advancements, recognize risks or potential challenges, and proactively communicate solutions to ensure project success.

• Ensure that all client deliverables are precise, complete, and adhere to established quality and service benchmarks.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma; College education preferred.

• A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in client services, account management, project coordination, customer support, or a related field.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.) and video conferencing tools.

• Proven ability to provide outstanding service and support to clients with complex needs while managing multiple priorities.

• Excellent problem-solving skills, ideally within a customer-focused environment.

• Strong account management, time management, and organizational abilities.

• Robust analytical and critical thinking skills.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Proven capability in building and nurturing relationships.
