This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• In the role of Account Manager, you will serve as the primary contact for both current and prospective clients.

• You will cultivate strong relationships, pinpoint growth opportunities, and guarantee that our clients receive outstanding service and solutions tailored to their specific requirements.

• You will oversee and expand a portfolio of accounts within your designated region, managing the process from order to cash.

• You will create and implement the Key Market Plan while continuously identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

• You will develop tailored proposals and sales presentations, negotiate contracts, and finalize deals.

• You will work collaboratively with internal teams (such as Marketing and Customer Service) to ensure a professional experience for clients.

• You will monitor and report on sales metrics, forecasts, and market trends.

• You will represent the company at various forums.

• You will facilitate product launches in your assigned region and manage any additional sales-related projects.


⛳️ Requirements

• You hold a degree in Animal Nutrition or a related field.

• You have at least 5 years of proven experience in B2B sales or account management, with a network established in the Poultry industry.

• You possess a customer-centric mindset, prioritizing the needs and benefits of customers before making decisions.

• Your technical expertise in poultry production or nutrition enables you to quickly understand customer challenges and provide valuable proposals.

• Your strong communication and negotiation skills facilitate the building of robust relationships with our customers.

• You are capable of working independently and effectively managing priorities.

• You are proficient in MS Office applications and ideally have experience with CRM systems.

• A valid driving license and willingness to travel are required.
