This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
• Act as the primary point of contact for designated clients, promptly addressing inquiries and delivering innovative solutions that fulfill client requirements.
• Oversee service delivery: Monitor and manage service standards to guarantee timely resolution of issues, compliance, and adherence to contractual obligations.
• Create client reports: Design and present both standard and customized reports for clients, covering claims, utilization, and other essential metrics for their review.
• Collaborate with internal teams: Work alongside cross-functional teams in claims, eligibility, and compliance to address client requirements and ensure seamless service delivery.
• Assist with strategic initiatives: Support renewal processes, plan modifications, and strategic projects while aiding in the delivery of Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and renewal activities.
• Keep documentation organized: Maintain precise client records, communication logs, and CRM system entries to ensure accountability and continuity.
• Escalate when necessary: Recognize and escalate complex issues to the Strategic Account Executive or Director when client needs surpass standard resolution methods.
• Facilitate client onboarding: Aid in the onboarding of new clients and the internal setup of systems to ensure smooth transitions.
• Stay updated on regulations: Keep informed about regulatory matters impacting benefit plans and proactively notify clients of any changes in requirements.
• Cultivate product knowledge: Develop an in-depth understanding of Personify Health's benefit-related products through continuous training and product updates.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in account management.
• At least 3 years of experience in the health insurance, employee benefits, or healthcare sector, particularly with TPA/self-funded groups.
• Previous experience with TPA is highly preferred.
• Understanding of health plan testing, regulatory compliance, and mandates related to insurance plan administration.
• Experience in preparing client reports and presentations.
• Proficient in using CRM systems for documentation and relationship management.
• Willingness to travel for several days as required.
