Account Manager / Senior Account Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Oversee the client relationship and serve as the primary contact for new TikTok Shop accounts.

• Comprehend client needs and convert them into effective execution on their TikTok Shop.

• Manage product listings, advertisements, and daily operations across various TikTok Shop accounts.

• Assist with launches in other European markets, including Germany, France, or Italy.

• Review bundles and communications dispatched in native languages when applicable.

• Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure clients receive excellent service and that delivery meets expectations.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience as an Account Manager within an e-commerce agency.

• A robust understanding of e-commerce, encompassing listings, advertisements, and client management.

• Practical experience with Amazon, eBay, or a comparable e-commerce platform (TikTok Shop experience is not essential and can be learned quickly).

• Complete fluency (both written and verbal) in French, German, Spanish, or Italian - this is essential.

• Experience with TikTok Shop.
