This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Establish robust, trusted relationships with teachers, school leaders, and other essential stakeholders across a diverse portfolio of schools.
• Conduct engaging online training sessions and webinars that empower schools to utilize Quest confidently and effectively.
• Provide exceptional customer support, ensuring schools receive prompt, thoughtful, and accurate responses to their inquiries.
• Promote adoption and engagement by assisting schools in understanding and realizing the complete value of the Quest platform.
• Facilitate renewal discussions and proactively address potential risks to maximize customer retention.
• Identify growth opportunities within accounts through the introduction of additional year groups, products, and services.
• Foster a strong customer community and cultivate advocates who actively support Quest.
• Collect customer feedback and collaborate closely with Product to influence future developments.
• Maintain excellent organization across a large portfolio of schools.
• Take ownership of challenges, identify solutions, and continually enhance how we support our schools.
• You must possess the right to work in the UK, as visa sponsorship is not offered for this position.
• You are an exceptional communicator, both verbally and in writing, capable of adapting your approach for different audiences.
• You demonstrate outstanding organizational skills and can manage a large portfolio while juggling multiple competing priorities.
• You are a confident and engaging presenter who enjoys leading training sessions for groups.
• You naturally build relationships and establish trust swiftly.
• You are proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable working autonomously.
• You thrive in dynamic, entrepreneurial environments and enjoy independently solving problems.
• You possess strong commercial acumen and are comfortable leading discussions related to renewals and account expansion.
• You have a keen eye for detail and take pride in providing a consistently excellent customer experience.
• You learn quickly, take initiative, and progress work without waiting for detailed instructions.
• You are resilient, positive, and genuinely passionate about enhancing education.
