This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Collaborate with designated accounts to facilitate the attainment of annual top-line sales objectives on a quarterly, semi-annual, and annual basis.
• Work alongside retail partners and internal teams to create account strategies and joint plans that promote the success of Moen products.
• Discover opportunities to enhance relationships and boost product visibility within current accounts.
• Organize and support marketing and promotional activities that enable retailers to effectively present Moen products.
• Establish and sustain robust, trust-based connections with account stakeholders.
• Collect and disseminate insights regarding market trends, competitor actions, and customer experiences through supplier portals, store visits, sales data, and industry networking.
• Assist with pivotal ecommerce initiatives involving assigned accounts and internal stakeholders, including retail media, online marketplace coordination, content, and brand awareness efforts.
• Act as a reliable liaison between customers and internal teams, sharing insights that inform future opportunities.
• Utilize financial awareness to identify opportunities that are advantageous for both Moen and retail partners.
• Contribute ideas for process enhancements and collaborative solutions that improve account support and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners to ensure the seamless execution of customer programs, product launches, and ongoing initiatives.
• Cultivate positive customer relationships through responsive support, thoughtful communication, and consistent follow-through.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• Over 3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or account management.
• Experience engaging with national, club, or mass retailers or e-tailers, with a solid understanding of the retail sales process.
• Proven proficiency in using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint to analyze sales data and create customer-facing presentations.
• Demonstrated capability in analyzing SKU-level sales performance, category trends, and competitive activities to support account planning and business decisions.
• Established ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and retail partners.
• Willingness to travel approximately 30%, including overnight stays.
