
Account Manager β Renewal Sales

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +16 more states.
β’ Oversee contract renewals. You will assist schools in navigating their annual renewal processes, enhancing the Albert implementation over time while ensuring that selected implementations serve the best interests of the schools.
β’ Cultivate high-stakes relationships. Establish enduring relationships with school administrators founded on trust and broaden stakeholder networks.
β’ Create customized implementation strategies. Collaborate with school administrators to grasp their instructional objectives, technology landscape, and expectations. Partner with them to foster high levels of buy-in and product adoption among teachers.
β’ Track implementations. Establish reporting frameworks and insights to help educators and school administrators measure implementation success; leverage this data to advocate for successful implementations and propose necessary interventions.
β’ Plan and develop instructional support. Collaborate with administrators to organize teacher training, craft instructional plans, and facilitate technology change management for each school.
β’ Establish internal metrics. Assist various stakeholders within our organization in understanding the progress of our school implementations by curating feedback and data-driven insights.
β’ Aid internal product development. Incorporate customer feedback and instructional research into the development, design, and launch of product enhancements.
β’ Travel & Flexibility. This position necessitates a flexible approach to travel in support of our partners and company initiatives. β’ Frequency: Variable; ranging from zero to several trips each school year. β’ Activities: Travel may include exhibiting at conferences, providing on-site training (OPD), or assisting other teams at major events when additional support is necessary.
β’ Experience. A minimum of 1 year in software sales or account management in a similar role, combined with at least two years of secondary teaching experience.

β’ Competitive salary. We maintain consistent pay bands, regardless of your location. For this role, the starting salary ranges from $70,000 to $80,000, depending on experience.
