This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Develop and implement a thorough sales strategy aimed at achieving or surpassing the assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and order goals set by Energy+ management.
• Propel business growth by significantly enhancing market share within existing accounts through the establishment and maintenance of robust relationships with end-users and customer management.
• Advocate for all Pall technologies and capabilities, including Pall filters, coalescers, and housings within the Energy+ sector.
• Recognize and prioritize high-impact opportunities for customer capacity expansion, collaborating with sales and strategic teams to provide customized solutions and ensure successful sales closure.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams at Pall to devise and execute effective sales strategies that promptly address customer needs and secure sales opportunities.
• Report and relay all high-value business opportunities, solution concepts, and strategies to Pall management through SFDC and Energy+ standard work.
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in supplying products and services to the Refinery and Oil & Gas, Chemical, or General Industrial sectors.
• We will consider candidates with experience as a process/project/maintenance engineer in an Oil & Gas, refining, or petrochemical facility looking to transition into technical sales.
• A bachelor’s degree is preferred (ideally in mechanical/chemical engineering, chemistry, biological sciences, or a related technical field) or equivalent experience will be considered.
• Experience in the sales of consumables as well as capital equipment is desirable.
• Must possess a valid Driver's License.
• Willingness to travel is required – a minimum of 75% travel (including overnight travel, as necessary).
