This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Take the lead in managing retained search engagements from the initial intake to successful placement.
• Collaborate closely with Executive Sales Recruiters to identify and secure outstanding B2B sales talent.
• Implement each search by utilizing Peak's established methodology to guarantee consistency, quality, and client satisfaction.
• Ensure timely delivery and uphold high standards of execution throughout the search process.
• Meet and surpass quarterly placement and performance targets.
• Cultivate trusted, long-term relationships with clients by understanding their business goals and talent strategies.
• Act as the primary point of contact for each engagement.
• Provide a consultative, high-touch experience that embodies Peak's commitment to excellence.
• Broaden existing relationships through repeat business, referrals, and strategic growth opportunities.
• Identify opportunities to assist clients with additional hiring needs and talent solutions.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of client requirements and organizational needs.
• Evaluate candidate fit and offer strategic recommendations to clients.
• Navigate clients through the search process to ensure successful hiring results.
• Deliver solutions that consistently surpass expectations and foster long-term partnerships.
• Regularly achieve and exceed revenue, activity, and placement targets.
• Create accurate forecasts to aid in business planning and resource allocation.
• Maintain disciplined CRM management and uphold data integrity within Salesforce.
• Oversee multiple search engagements simultaneously without compromising quality.
• Exemplify Peak's purpose and values in every interaction.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Executive Sales Recruiters and internal team members to achieve exceptional results.
• Share best practices and help enhance processes and standards.
• Promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
• 3–10 years of successful 360 recruitment experience in an executive search, staffing, or headhunting setting.
• Proven track record in managing search engagements, cultivating client relationships, and meeting revenue targets.
• Established ability to consistently exceed sales quotas and performance objectives.
• Strong business acumen with the capability to consult effectively with senior leaders and decision-makers.
• Outstanding communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving abilities.
• Highly organized, disciplined, and adept at managing multiple opportunities concurrently.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, CRM systems, and data management tools is preferred.
