Account Manager – Poland

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Build and oversee your own client portfolio.

• Provide guidance to caregivers who have shown interest.

• Engage in discussions regarding potential care assignments with caregivers.

• Effectively manage your caregiver network and serve as their primary contact.

• Carry out satisfaction surveys to assess the experiences of families that caregivers support.

• Share best practices for resolving conflicts.

• Work in close collaboration with international teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in account management, sales, or live-in care.

• Enjoy making phone calls and have a friendly disposition.

• Possess a personable, open, and communicative nature.

• Fluent in Polish (C2) and either proficient in English or German.

• Familiarity with systems such as Salesforce, Pipedrive, or HubSpot is a plus.
