This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Accountable for meeting sales targets within the assigned territory by developing, maintaining, and enhancing business relationships.
• Generate, sustain, and boost sales in the designated area by influencing the prescribing behaviors of targeted audiences through outreach to healthcare providers and health-related organizations within the territory.
• Conduct sales activities across various care settings within the territory, including clinics and health systems.
• Oversee the usage and inventory of promotional materials to distribute to offices.
• Complete regular reports, ensure compliance with industry, regulatory, and company standards, and prepare annual business plans while conducting quarterly territory performance analyses against the plan.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as science or business.
• A minimum of 5 years of successful independent pharmaceutical and/or business-to-business sales experience; experience in Pediatric Endocrinology, Rare Diseases, and/or Buy and Bill sales is preferred.
• Consistent and demonstrable success in surpassing sales quotas.
• Must reside within the territory and be willing to cover the entire assigned geographical sales area.
• Preferred experience in pharmacy sales, including Specialty Pharmacy and Health System Based Pharmacies.
• Clinical experience is beneficial.
• Ability to cultivate working relationships with both internal and external clients and collaborate effectively with staff at all levels.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems, and virtual platforms.
