This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as a strategic collaborator for TRUFF’s retail clients, overseeing daily sales operations while fostering growth.
• Cultivate robust relationships with distributors and brokers.
• Direct account planning, promotional implementation, and trade expenditure management, ensuring the successful application of TRUFF’s strategies at retail locations.
• Accountable for business development, which includes formulating and executing sales strategies and establishing customer relationships within the Natural Channel.
• Develop, organize, monitor, and assess progress towards company goals and KPIs in a dynamic, high-growth CPG setting.
• Report directly to the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO).
• 3-5 years of advancing sales experience in the CPG sector, preferably within Food & Beverage, managing regional natural channel accounts.
• Strong comprehension of retail customer dynamics, promotional strategies, and trade expenditure management.
• Experience in working with and overseeing brokers, as well as direct retailers (both small and large).
• Proven history of managing and expanding accounts within small to medium-sized rapidly scaling brands.
• Proficient in syndicated data tools (Nielsen/IRI/SPINS) and retailer-specific platforms.
• Experience in managing customer-specific P&L and achieving ambitious revenue goals.
• Excellent interpersonal, listening, verbal, presentation, attention to detail, and written communication abilities.
• Capable of organizing and managing time efficiently and effectively.
• Self-motivated individual who excels in a multitasking environment.
• Collaborates effectively within the organization to fulfill the mission, comprehends the values and vision, and integrates into all functional areas of the business.
• Open to learning and receiving direction and guidance in a professional manner.
• Goal-oriented and receptive to coaching aimed at optimizing both individual and company performance.
• Focused on organizational objectives, understands the significance of integrating into teams, and promotes a strong morale and sense of purpose within the team.
• Willingness to travel 15-20% of the time.
