Account Manager – Middle

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Oversee daily communications with casino operator clients and serve as a dependable point of contact for their inquiries.

• Foster robust, long-lasting client relationships by grasping their needs and delivering prompt support.

• Discover opportunities to present relevant services, game content, and additional solutions to current clients.

• Track account and product performance, analyze data, and pinpoint areas for enhancement.

• Collaborate with Product, Technical Support, and other internal teams to efficiently address client issues and requirements.

• Remain updated on iGaming market trends and competitor activities to provide valuable insights to clients.

• Assist casino operator clients in reaching their objectives and maximizing their value from the SOFTSWISS Game Aggregator.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or a comparable client-facing position.

• Proficient in written and spoken English at a B2+ level.

• Proven experience in establishing and nurturing strong relationships with clients.

• Capability to analyze data and translate findings into actionable recommendations.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and adeptness at efficiently managing client issues.

• Confident in communicating and collaborating with international, cross-functional teams.

• Proficiency in written and spoken Russian is a plus.

• Experience in the iGaming sector or with B2B digital products is a plus.
