This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Take ownership of a portfolio of enterprise accounts throughout LATAM, ensuring high levels of satisfaction, timely renewals, and effective execution of upselling and cross-selling strategies.
• Manage comprehensive expansion cycles from discovery through to proposal, commercial negotiation, and closing, while identifying and cultivating new revenue opportunities in response to evolving client needs and deepening product adoption.
• Conduct regular business reviews with stakeholders at the VP and C-level to showcase product value, solidify the partnership, and outline a clear path for renewal and growth.
• Oversee account health within the portfolio, proactively identifying churn risks and leading resolution efforts before problems jeopardize the relationship.
• Collaborate closely with Customer Success and Support teams to ensure that clients achieve measurable outcomes and that Kinective’s service delivery aligns with the commercial commitments made during the sale.
• Serve as the primary commercial advocate for LATAM clients within the organization, translating regional context, market dynamics, and client feedback into actionable insights for product, GTM, and leadership teams based in the US.
• Maintain precise records of the expansion pipeline, renewal timelines, and account information in the CRM, ensuring accurate forecasting and clear visibility for leadership.
• Collect and analyze market intelligence and client feedback from the portfolio to guide product development, pricing strategies, and regional GTM decisions.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise account management or client success, preferably within fintech, banking technology, or ATM/payment infrastructure sectors.
• A proven history of managing complex, multi-stakeholder accounts at the VP and C-suite levels, with direct accountability for renewals and expansion revenue.
• Strong understanding of the LATAM banking ecosystem, with a preference for familiarity with markets such as Mexico, Colombia, or Ecuador.
• Proficiency in both Spanish and English, both written and verbal, is essential.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, distributed team environment, exhibiting a high level of self-direction.
• Willingness to travel throughout the region to strengthen client relationships as necessary.
• Experience in ATM operations, cash management, or self-service banking is advantageous.
• Background in managing SaaS or managed services accounts in financial institutions is a plus.
• An established professional network within banks, payment processors, or CIT companies in LATAM is desirable.
