This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.
• Enhance and solidify our footprint in the designated territory;
• Foster and nurture relationships with established partners (tour operators, travel agencies, travel management companies, OTAs) to boost their performance;
• Partner with the sales team to pinpoint and expand opportunities within the territory;
• Engage with both existing and new partners to deliver system training;
• Position the brand in the travel industry through continuous product presentations and networking events;
• Resolve incident issues, ensuring partner support;
• Manage payment processes: supervise and guarantee accuracy in transaction processing;
• Allocate roughly 40%-50% of your work hours to business travel, including client meetings, industry events, and other business-related activities;
• Conduct market and competitive environment analyses;
• Provide regular detailed reporting via CRM and internal systems;
• Maximize and cultivate API agreements with both potential and existing partners.
• **Relevant Experience.** At least 3 years of proven experience in the complete sales life cycle, concentrating on business development and account management for B2B companies. Background in the travel, IT, or e-commerce sectors is an advantage;
• **Language Proficiency.** Fluent in Italian with Intermediate English skills;
• **Location.** Based in Lombardy, Italy;
• **Travel Requirements.** Willingness to travel up to 40%-50% of the time;
• **Car.** A vehicle is essential for business trips;
• **Analytical Skills.** Comfortable with data-driven decision-making, metrics analysis, and proficient with numbers, Excel, and dashboards;
• **Personal Qualities.** Proactive, ambitious, motivated, action-oriented, results-driven, enthusiastic about innovative technology, adaptable to a dynamic business environment, and a team player;
• **International Perspective.** Ability to understand and operate across diverse cultural contexts, aligning with ETG’s global reach;
• Experience with API technology agreements is a plus.
