Account Manager – Insulation Products, Southern Region

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Conduct field sales through regular visits and telephone support for the current customer base.

• Perform price calculations in response to requirements and quotation requests, and prepare proposals.

• Confirm product availability.

• Manage the administrative processing of inquiries and projects.

• Follow up on inquiries regarding requirements and track ongoing projects.

• Review order confirmations to ensure alignment with agreed prices and price commitments.

• Negotiate annual contracts and handle the administrative processing of contracts.

• Acquire new customers.

• Engage in the technical and commercial acquisition of construction projects.

• Address and resolve complaints.

• Coordinate marketing activities for customer segments in partnership with the Technical Regional Manager and the Marketing Department.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess a technical degree and/or vocational training, especially in construction or civil engineering.

• Preferably have several years of sales experience in a similar industry.

• Have knowledge of the industry or related fields, including plastics, construction, and insulation products.

• Exhibit strong written and spoken English skills.

• Demonstrate a willingness to travel.

• Hold a Class B driver's license.

• Have a good command of Microsoft Office applications.

• Display strong communication skills, be results-driven, self-motivated, dependable, and quick to learn.
