This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Oversee and nurture relationships with high-net-worth clients as the primary liaison for their personal insurance requirements.
• Evaluate clients’ insurance necessities and create customized coverage solutions for luxury homes, vehicles, jewelry, fine art, and other valuable assets.
• Offer personalized risk management guidance.
• Manage policy renewals, endorsements, and modifications to coverage.
• Assist clients with claims and collaborate with carriers to ensure timely and fair resolutions.
• Negotiate terms and pricing with insurance providers.
• Conduct regular reviews of client portfolios.
• Remain informed about market trends, regulatory updates, and emerging risks.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, industry standards, and regulatory mandates.
• Undertake additional assigned projects, duties, and responsibilities.
• A Property and Casualty License from the state of domicile is required and must be maintained.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is necessary.
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in personal lines insurance, focusing on high-net-worth clients.
• In-depth knowledge of personal insurance products for high-net-worth individuals and families.
• Proven experience managing insurance portfolios for high-net-worth clients, including luxury homes, fine art, and collectibles.
• Familiarity with complex insurance products, risk management strategies, and claims processes.
• Strong analytical and mathematical capabilities.
• Exceptional PowerPoint and presentation abilities.
• Comprehensive understanding of personal lines coverage and intricate insurance needs.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Computer literacy and the ability to acquire new software skills.
• Advanced understanding of insurance markets, products, services, insurance ratings, and underwriting practices.
• A valid driver’s license.
• Willingness to travel to client locations.
• A reliable mode of transportation.
• CPCU and/or Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designations are advantageous.
• A four-year degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
