• Manage client relationships and drive business growth.

• Over 3 years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Client Services, or a related client-facing role.
• Excellent relationship management and communication abilities.
• Skilled in interpreting data and leveraging metrics to steer client discussions.
• Highly organized with the capacity to juggle multiple priorities at once.
• Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
• Capable of working independently while effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Performance-based commission in addition to base salary.
• A remote-first culture with a robust support system (you’ll be paired with an experienced teammate during onboarding).
