This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.
• The primary role of the Account Manager is to oversee assigned clients and their stores by planning, briefing, monitoring, and executing marketing campaigns designed to boost conversions and sales.
• This entails managing, supervising, and taking responsibility for the client-agency relationship for all designated clients.
• Responsibilities also include developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing client communications, drafting client reports, and conveying the client's marketing requirements to other team members.
• You will provide your team with the necessary information to ensure that all marketing campaigns are effectively written, designed, and executed.
• As an Account Manager, your objective is to help your clients achieve their revenue targets by utilizing our company's products and services.
• The Account Manager will directly report to the Head of Account Managers, the Account Managers’ Leads, and the Service Director, while collaborating with other departments.
• Mission statement: The core mission of our Account Manager is to maintain a strong relationship with assigned clients while ensuring that our products and services yield positive outcomes for them.
• This role will involve generating innovative ideas for clients’ marketing campaigns, monitoring the performance of these campaigns, and maintaining an open channel of effective communication with our clients.
• You will lead teams of professional Copywriters, Designers, and Account Managers’ Associates to ensure the seamless execution of marketing campaigns for your clients. This includes outlining the client's campaign calendar, briefing new campaigns, delegating creative tasks, and overseeing the timely delivery of marketing initiatives.
• General Responsibilities:
• - Efficiently managing and ensuring the execution and performance of the marketing campaigns for your assigned clients.
• - Establishing and nurturing a strong relationship with your assigned clients to promote peak productivity, open communication, and trust between our clients and Hustler Marketing.
• - Taking charge of planning, developing, and executing marketing strategies (including email campaigns, SMS campaigns, pop-ups, and flows) for your assigned clients (managing approximately 40 unique marketing campaigns monthly).
• - Ensuring that the needs and expectations of your assigned clients are effectively managed and met.
• - Working to enhance the outcomes of email marketing for your assigned clients.
• - Collaborating with team members to promptly address client requests.
• - Working harmoniously alongside a team of experienced marketing professionals to deliver the highest quality marketing campaigns to our clients.
• - Maintaining regular contact with your assigned clients, including leading and attending routine meetings.
• - Gathering and analyzing data to comprehend consumer demographics and trends to advance clients' marketing agendas and achieve better results, setting new goals weekly.
• - Regularly reporting on the performance of email marketing campaigns for your assigned clients, covering aspects such as revenue from email marketing, best-performing campaigns, results from A/B tests, and measures taken to optimize client revenue.
• - Collaborating with the Service Department to uphold high work standards and ensure that the set targets for your assigned clients are met regarding Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• - Monitoring client churn (particularly for your assigned clients) and implementing strategies to retain clients, with assistance from the Service Director.
• - Addressing and resolving any issues pertaining to client satisfaction and the performance of marketing campaigns developed and executed by our team.
• - Demonstrating the ability to work independently and productively with any type of client with minimal supervision.
• - Engaging in various tasks as part of the Account Managers' team.
• - Participating in Account Managers’ group calls.
• - Taking part in training and skill-building sessions for Account Managers within the Service Department to enhance their skills, performance, and overall expertise.
• - Acting as a liaison between clients and cross-functional teams to ensure the successful rollout of new services and products offered by Hustler Marketing.
• - Continuously seeking new opportunities to expand services provided to clients through regular communication and relationship building.
• - Utilizing data analysis techniques to create targeted campaigns for upselling our services to client segments and presenting these service offers compellingly.
• - Continuously researching industry-wide best practices and standards, presenting your findings to the Account Managers’ Lead, the Head of Account Managers, and the Service Director.
• - Being available to assist with all internal service-related needs from other departments.
• - Reporting directly to the Account Managers’ Leads, the Head of Account Managers, and the Service Director in that structural hierarchy.
• - Committing to a full-time role while aligning with our general office hour availability.
• - Consistently averaging 140 tracked hours per month.
• - Receiving a fixed-rate monthly salary paid in USD.
• - Obtaining contractor status after signing our non-disclosure agreement.
• - Signing an exclusivity agreement (prohibiting work in a similar role while employed at Hustler Marketing).
• - Committing to a 30-day notice period after the initial two months (with the first two months serving as a trial-and-adaptation phase at full pay).
• - Undergoing regular performance reviews every 9-12 months, with the first review scheduled after 3-6 months.
• A minimum of 12 months of experience in a digital marketing role, alongside at least 6 months of experience in email marketing (preference will be given to candidates with remote team experience or account management/agency backgrounds).
• A proven track record of success in a leadership position is essential, particularly in leading creative teams to produce quality work that meets client needs.
• Must possess the ability to work independently without compromising on quality standards.
• Must be highly accountable, responsive, and possess an excellent ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong aptitude for working with people, problem-solving, and critical/analytical thinking, as these skills are crucial for addressing client needs and resolving queries.
• A growth and results-driven mindset, with the capacity to accept and implement constructive criticism.
• Any remote work experience is a significant advantage.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate clearly and effectively with clients as well as marketing professionals in our Service Department.
• Must possess outstanding problem-solving skills, vital for working with clients and resolving any queries, complaints, or concerns.
• Must be quick to learn and adapt, with excellent time management skills and high levels of focus, productivity, and efficiency.
• Knowledge or experience in email marketing, e-commerce, or Klaviyo is a considerable plus.
• Familiarity with working autonomously and managing time effectively (remote work experience is a plus).
• Must be available and responsive during office hours (Mondays to Fridays between 3-6 PM BCN time).
• Must consistently work 30-35 hours per week (i.e., 140 hours per month).
• Must have a stable internet connection and a laptop or PC, along with the capability to attend virtual video conferences.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are required. Fluency in English is necessary, though it does not have to be your native language.
• Openness to receiving feedback and constructive criticism, along with the ability to provide similar feedback productively to your team.
