This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.
• Effectively overseeing and managing the marketing campaigns of your designated clients to ensure successful execution and performance.
• Establishing and nurturing strong relationships with your assigned clients to promote peak productivity, foster open communication, and build trust between our clients and Hustler Marketing.
• Taking charge of planning, developing, and executing marketing strategies, which include email campaigns, SMS campaigns, pop-ups, and flows for your assigned clients, managing approximately 40 distinct marketing campaigns each month.
• Ensuring that the needs and expectations of your assigned clients are adequately addressed and fulfilled.
• Aiming to enhance the results of email marketing for your assigned clients.
• Collaborating with team members to swiftly respond to client requests.
• Working cooperatively with a team of experienced marketing professionals to deliver the highest quality marketing campaigns to our clients.
• Maintaining regular communication with your assigned clients, including leading and attending periodic meetings.
• Gathering and analyzing data to comprehend consumer demographics and trends, advancing the clients' marketing goals, and establishing new objectives weekly.
• Consistently reporting on the performance of email marketing campaigns for your assigned clients, including metrics such as revenue generated from email marketing, top-performing campaigns, results from A/B testing, and measures taken to optimize client revenue.
• Collaborating with the Service Department to uphold high work standards and ensure that the established targets for your assigned clients are met regarding Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Closely monitoring client churn (particularly for your assigned clients) and implementing strategies to retain clients in collaboration with the Service Director.
• Troubleshooting and addressing any issues related to client satisfaction and the effectiveness of marketing campaigns developed and executed by our team.
• Demonstrating the ability to work effectively and productively with a diverse range of clients with minimal supervision.
• Engaging in various tasks as part of the Account Managers team.
• Participating in group calls with Account Managers.
• Engaging in training and skill-building sessions for Account Managers within the Service Department to enhance their skills, performance, and overall expertise.
• Serving as a liaison between clients and cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of new services and products provided by Hustler Marketing.
• Continuously seeking new opportunities to expand services offered to clients through regular communication and relationship development.
• Utilizing data analysis techniques to create targeted campaigns for upselling our services to client segments and presenting these service offers engagingly.
• Continuously researching industry-wide best practices and standards and sharing findings with the Account Managers’ Lead, the Head of Account Managers, and the Service Director.
• Being available to assist with all internal service-related requests from other departments.
• Reporting directly to the Account Managers’ Leads, the Head of Account Managers, and the Service Director (in that structural order).
• A minimum of 12 months of experience in a digital marketing role, including at least 6 months in the email marketing sector (preference is given to candidates with experience working with remote teams or in account management or agency environments).
• A proven history of success in a leadership role, particularly in guiding a team of creatives to deliver quality work that meets client needs.
• The capability to work independently while maintaining high work standards.
• Highly accountable, responsive, and possessing an excellent ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong aptitude for working with people, problem-solving, and critical/analytical thinking, which are essential for addressing our clients' needs and resolving any issues or inquiries.
• A growth and results-oriented mindset, with the ability to accept and implement constructive criticism.
• Any experience with remote work is a significant advantage.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills to communicate clearly and effectively with clients and marketing professionals in our Service Department.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, which are vital for working with clients and addressing any inquiries, complaints, or issues.
• The ability to learn and adapt quickly, alongside excellent time management skills and high levels of focus, productivity, and efficiency.
• Knowledge or experience in email marketing, e-commerce, or Klaviyo is a considerable plus.
• Familiarity with working independently and managing your time effectively (remote work experience is advantageous).
• Must be available and responsive during office hours (Monday to Friday between 3-6 PM BCN time).
• Expected to consistently work 30-35 hours per week (i.e., 140 hours per month).
• A stable internet connection and a laptop or PC are required, along with the ability to participate in virtual video conferences.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are essential; fluency in English is required, although it need not be your native language.
