This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Oversee assigned clients and their stores by planning, briefing, monitoring, and executing marketing campaigns designed to enhance conversions and sales.
• Manage and maintain client-agency relationships.
• Formulate and implement marketing strategies that include email campaigns, SMS campaigns, pop-ups, and automated flows.
• Lead Copywriters, Designers, and Account Managers’ Associates to ensure effective campaign execution.
• Develop campaign calendars, brief campaigns, delegate creative tasks, and ensure timely delivery.
• Establish and nurture strong client relationships while managing their needs and expectations.
• Enhance email marketing outcomes and track campaign performance.
• Collaborate with team members to promptly address client inquiries.
• Lead and participate in regular client meetings.
• Gather and analyze consumer demographic and trend data, establish weekly objectives, and communicate clients’ marketing agendas.
• Report on email campaign performance, detailing revenue, top-performing campaigns, A/B testing outcomes, and optimization strategies.
• Collaborate with the Service Department to uphold standards and achieve client KPIs.
• Manage client retention and implement strategies to reduce churn.
• Resolve client satisfaction and campaign performance challenges.
• Act as a liaison between clients and cross-functional teams regarding new services and products.
• Identify opportunities for expanding client services and present upsell proposals.
• Research industry best practices and share insights with leadership.
• Participate in Account Managers’ group calls and training sessions.
• Support internal service-related requirements and report to Account Managers’ Leads, the Head of Account Managers, and the Service Director.
• A minimum of 12 months of experience in a digital marketing position.
• At least 6 months of experience specifically in email marketing.
• Demonstrated success in a leadership capacity, particularly in guiding creative teams.
• Significant experience in effectively managing client accounts.
• Experience in leading marketing professionals to produce sales-oriented campaigns.
• Capability to work autonomously while upholding work standards.
• High level of accountability, responsiveness, and ability to manage deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
• Growth-oriented and results-driven mindset; ability to accept constructive feedback.
• Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, written communication, and presentation abilities.
• Quick learner with strong time management, focus, productivity, and efficiency skills.
• Familiarity with tools such as Slack, Hubstaff, Asana, Klaviyo, and Google Workspace Suite.
• Availability and responsiveness from Monday to Friday, 3-6 PM BCN time.
• Consistent availability for 30-35 hours per week, approximately 140 hours per month.
• Reliable internet connection, laptop or PC, and capability to attend virtual video conferences.
• Proficiency in English.
• Contractor status upon signing a non-disclosure agreement.
• Exclusivity agreement during employment with Hustler Marketing.
• Commitment to a 30-day notice period after the initial two months.
• Fixed monthly salary paid in USD.
• The first two months serve as a trial-and-adaptation phase compensated at the full rate.
• Regular performance evaluations every 9-12 months, with the first review occurring after 3-6 months.
• Re-assessment of the role and workload after 6-12 months.
