Account Manager – E-commerce

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.

📋 Description

• The primary objective of the Account Manager is to oversee the assigned clients and their stores by strategizing, briefing, monitoring, and implementing marketing campaigns designed to enhance conversions and sales.

• This role involves managing and nurturing the client-agency relationship for all clients under your purview.

• Additionally, it encompasses the development and execution of marketing strategies, managing client communications, drafting client reports, and conveying the client’s marketing requirements to other team members.

• You will be accountable for providing your team with the necessary information to ensure that all marketing campaigns are crafted, designed, and executed to the highest standards.

• As an Account Manager, your objective is to assist clients in achieving their revenue targets through our company's products and services.

• The Account Manager will directly report to the Head of Account Managers, the Account Managers’ Leads, and the Service Director while collaborating effectively with other departments.

• You will monitor the performance of marketing campaigns and maintain an open channel of productive communication with clients.

• Leading teams that include professional Copywriters, Designers, and Account Managers’ Associates to guarantee the seamless execution of your assigned clients’ marketing campaigns.

• Collecting and analyzing data to gain insights into consumer demographics and trends to advance the clients' marketing objectives and drive improved results, while setting new goals weekly.

• Regularly reporting on the performance of email marketing campaigns for your assigned clients, highlighting the top-performing campaigns and results from A/B testing.

• Serving as a liaison between clients and cross-functional teams to ensure the successful rollout of new services and products offered by Hustler Marketing.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 12 months of experience in a digital marketing role, along with at least 6 months of experience in the email marketing sector (preference will be given to candidates with experience working with remote teams and international team members, or those with account management or agency backgrounds).

• A demonstrated history of achieving success in a leadership position is essential, particularly in leading a team of creatives to deliver quality work that meets client expectations.

• Must exhibit the ability to work independently without compromising work standards.

• Must be highly accountable, responsive, and possess excellent deadline management skills.

• Strong aptitude for working with people, problem-solving, and critical/analytical thinking, as these skills are vital for addressing clients' needs and resolving any issues or inquiries.

• A growth-oriented and results-driven mindset, with the ability to receive and implement constructive criticism.

• Previous remote work experience is a significant advantage.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills to communicate clearly and effectively with clients and marketing professionals in our Service Department.

• Strong problem-solving capabilities are crucial for working with clients and addressing any queries, complaints, or issues.

• Ability to learn and adapt quickly, coupled with excellent time management skills and high levels of focus, productivity, and efficiency.

• Any knowledge or experience in email marketing, e-commerce, or Klaviyo is a considerable plus.

• Familiarity with working autonomously and managing your time effectively (remote work experience is a bonus).

• Must be available and responsive during office hours (Monday to Friday between 3-6 PM BCN time).

• Must consistently work between 30-35 hours per week (i.e., 140 hours per month).

• Must possess a stable internet connection and a laptop or PC and be able to participate in virtual video conferences.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; fluency in English is required, although it does not need to be your native language.

• Openness to receiving feedback and constructive criticism as well as providing similar feedback productively to your team.
