This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Efficiently managing, supervising, and ensuring the execution and optimal performance of the marketing campaigns for your assigned clients.
• Establishing and nurturing strong relationships with your assigned clients to guarantee maximum productivity, transparent communication, and building trust between our clients and Hustler Marketing.
• Overseeing the planning, development, and execution of marketing strategies (including email campaigns, SMS campaigns, pop-ups, and flows) for your assigned clients, which involves managing approximately 40 unique marketing campaigns each month.
• Ensuring that the requirements and expectations of your assigned clients are effectively managed and fulfilled.
• Striving to enhance the results from email marketing for your assigned clients.
• Collaborating with team members to promptly address client requests.
• Working cooperatively and harmoniously with a team of experienced marketing professionals to deliver top-quality marketing campaigns to our clients.
• Maintaining continuous communication with your assigned clients, which includes leading and participating in regular meetings.
• Gathering and analyzing data to understand consumer demographics and trends to advance the clients' marketing objectives and achieve improved results, setting new goals on a weekly basis.
• Regularly reporting on the performance of email marketing campaigns for your assigned clients, which includes metrics such as revenue generated from email marketing, top-performing campaigns, results from A/B testing, and actions taken to optimize client revenue.
• Collaborating with the Service Department to uphold high work standards and ensure that the established targets for your assigned clients are met in terms of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Closely monitoring client churn (particularly for your assigned clients) and implementing strategies to retain clients with the support of the Service Director.
• Addressing and resolving any issues related to client satisfaction and the performance of marketing campaigns developed and executed by our team.
• Demonstrating the ability to work effectively and productively with any type of client with minimal supervision.
• Engaging in various tasks as part of the Account Managers team.
• Participating in group calls with Account Managers.
• Attending training and skill-building sessions for Account Managers within the Service Department to enhance their skills, performance, and overall expertise.
• Acting as a liaison between clients and cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of new services and products offered by Hustler Marketing.
• Proactively seeking new opportunities to expand services provided to clients through consistent communication and relationship building.
• Utilizing data analysis techniques to create targeted campaigns for upselling our services to client segments and presenting these service offers in a compelling manner.
• Actively researching industry-wide best practices and standards and sharing your insights with the Account Managers’ Lead, the Head of Account Managers, and the Service Director.
• Being available to assist with all internal service-related needs from other departments.
• Reporting directly to the Account Managers’ Leads, the Head of Account Managers, and the Service Director (in that order).
• A minimum of 12 months of experience in a digital marketing role, including at least 6 months in email marketing (Preference will be given to candidates with experience working with remote teams, team members from various countries, or those with account management or agency experience).
• A proven history of success in a leadership role, particularly in guiding a team of creatives to produce quality work that addresses client needs.
• Ability to work autonomously without compromising work quality.
• Must be highly accountable, responsive, and possess excellent time management skills to meet deadlines.
• Strong aptitude for interpersonal interactions, problem-solving, and critical/analytical thinking, essential for addressing client needs and resolving issues or inquiries.
• A growth-oriented and results-driven mindset, with the ability to accept and implement constructive criticism.
• Any experience with remote work is a significant advantage.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills for clear and effective communication with clients and marketing professionals in our Service Department.
• Strong problem-solving abilities are essential for client interactions and addressing queries, complaints, or issues.
• Capability to learn and adapt quickly, with excellent time management skills and high levels of focus, productivity, and efficiency.
• Knowledge or experience with email marketing, e-commerce, or Klaviyo is a considerable plus.
• Familiarity with managing your time autonomously (remote work experience is beneficial).
• Must be available and responsive during office hours (Monday to Friday between 3-6 PM BCN time).
• Must consistently work 30-35 hours per week (i.e., 140 hours per month).
• A stable internet connection and a laptop or PC are required, as well as the ability to attend virtual video conferences.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; fluency is mandatory, although it need not be your native language.
