This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
β’ Act as the primary liaison for designated client accounts
β’ Cultivate and sustain robust, enduring relationships with clients
β’ Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and campaign outcomes
β’ Partner with internal teams (paid media, SEO, creative, content) to implement strategies
β’ Convert client objectives into practical marketing plans
β’ Track campaign performance and provide insights, reports, and recommendations
β’ Recognize upsell and cross-sell opportunities within current accounts
β’ Ensure client satisfaction and retention through proactive engagement
β’ Address client feedback and resolve issues promptly
β’ 2β5+ years of experience in an **Account Manager position at a digital or marketing agency**
β’ Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels (PPC, SEO, social media, email marketing)
β’ Proven track record of managing multiple client accounts concurrently
β’ Exceptional communication and presentation skills
β’ Familiarity with CRM and project management tools (e.g., HubSpot, Asana, ClickUp, Monday.com)
β’ Excellent organizational and time management skills
β’ Analytical mindset with the capability to interpret marketing data
β’ Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
β’ Experience collaborating with international clients (UK/US markets preferred)
