Account Manager, Digital Marketing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Accountable for fostering the growth, success, and satisfaction of our marketing services clients.

• Utilize expertise as an Account Manager (AM) to act as the main point of contact, proactively addressing client needs, resolving issues, enhancing value, and increasing revenue.

• Offer strategic insights, optimize campaign effectiveness, and promote customer retention and revenue enhancement.

• Build enduring relationships and maintain communication with clients, regularly providing updates and soliciting feedback.

• Assist clients by conducting Customer Campaign Follow Up Calls (CCFs) for the entire portfolio on a recurring basis.

• Evaluate campaign performance metrics and deliver actionable insights to clients that foster engaging discussions and digital marketing suggestions.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the smooth execution of client campaigns.

• Play an active role in the success of new team members by supporting onboarding, peer training, and knowledge sharing as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in account/client management and customer success within a client-facing environment.

• Proven success in achieving retention, upsells, and growth objectives that drive additional business.

• Digital Marketing experience is highly preferred, though not mandatory.

• Exceptional organizational and time management abilities, with a knack for prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects concurrently.

• A Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related discipline is advantageous.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience with CRM tools and the Microsoft Office Suite.
