This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Identify and implement growth strategies for the Defense Business in Mexico.
• Collaborate with key accounts to foster profitable growth for the global business.
• Build and maintain sustainable relationships with key end-users in coordination with the Regional LA Sales Manager.
• Manage the execution of the regional sales opportunity pipeline.
• Ensure precise sales forecasts.
• Cultivate relationships with end-users to enhance enterprise value.
• Implement global initiatives locally and engage in transformational culture initiatives.
• Represent DuPont’s interests at standards and association meetings.
• Develop, analyze, and execute high-growth projects and innovative business models within the segment.
• Create and execute account plans for key end-users.
• Negotiate offerings, contracts, price adjustments, sales agreements, and additional programs.
• Assist in the creation, management, and negotiation of growth marketing initiatives.
• Facilitate connections between all levels of DuPont and its customers.
• Drive business opportunities to surpass revenue, profit, and growth objectives.
• Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university in Engineering, Business, or related fields.
• At least 3 years of relevant Sales experience or experience as an agent influencing strategic Sales in a global corporate setting.
• Background in military, law enforcement, or advanced materials is an advantage.
• Capability to establish high-level global connections with both internal and external stakeholders, including C-Level executives.
• Independent and solution-oriented mindset with a focus on business expansion.
• Familiarity with private and public sector B2B markets and technical sales.
• Quick learner with strong communication skills for both small and large audiences.
• Proficiency in simplifying complex issues.
• Strong analytical abilities.
• Strategic thinker with the capability to develop and implement execution plans.
• Experience in sales pipeline and opportunity management tools.
• Ability to work independently within a matrix environment.
• Strong professional presence, business insight, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to drive the Challenger sales methodology.
• Competence in identifying and pursuing opportunities that exceed revenue, profit, and growth targets.
• Adaptability to a rapidly changing business landscape.

• Proficient in English and advanced Spanish.
• Previous experience in the ballistic protection sector and tender-driven businesses is preferred.
• Formal training in ballistic protection and knowledge of international standards, primary threats, candidate materials, and roles in protective systems is preferred.
