This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +7 more states.
• Build and nurture professional relationships with our clients.
• Guide clients in enhancing their dealership's online visibility.
• Responsible for maintaining customer relationships and upselling additional services.
• Communicate clearly about services and their benefits.
• Proficient in utilizing various tools and interpreting data.
• Conduct Monthly Reporting Calls with Clients.
• Promote and sell additional marketing and add-on website services.
• Evaluate and monitor website and marketing services to ensure quality standards.
• Facilitate a smooth onboarding process for clients.
• Address incoming customer feedback and follow up for resolution.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and manage accounts.
• Identify retention risks and proactively work to mitigate them.
• Engage in educational opportunities to enhance job knowledge.
• Minimum of 2 years in Customer Service.
• At least 1 year of preferred experience in Digital Marketing.
• Experience with a CRM system is preferred.
• Exceptional time management and organizational abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Adaptable, energetic, and a team player.
• Ability to type at least 45 words per minute.
• Demonstrated ability to multitask effectively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, with a working knowledge of Google Apps.
• Strong technical aptitude and a quick learner.
