This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Cultivate a comprehensive understanding of client KPIs while ensuring that campaigns align with both client goals and Pubity’s channel positioning.
• Work closely with key internal stakeholders (editorial, design, video, and production teams) to develop content ideas that are both engaging and on-brand.
• Assume full responsibility for assigned campaigns, from initiation to conclusion.
• Manage the approval workflow between clients and internal teams, ensuring prompt feedback cycles.
• Supervise content production processes, ensuring quality control across visual, video, and written assets.
• Track campaign performance against set KPIs while suggesting and implementing improvements.
• Provide comprehensive campaign reports and lead all post-campaign evaluations with clients.
• Spot opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional services and participate in renewal discussions.
• 3–5 years of experience in digital media, branded content, social publishing, or agency account management.
• Background in both pre-sale and post-sale marketing.
• Passion for creative ideation and campaign strategy.
• Strong project management and organizational capabilities.
• Exceptional client-facing communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to handle multiple campaigns at once.
• Solid understanding of the commercial publishing landscape.
• Experience in partnerships and business development is a plus.
• Experience with experiential post-sale campaigns is a plus.
