This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +40 more states.
• Take ownership and manage relationships with designated Channel Partners (MSPs, resellers, distributors), acting as the key commercial point of contact.
• Drive revenue growth and partner retention by proactively overseeing renewals, spotting expansion opportunities, and assisting with partner-led new business initiatives.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to partners, aligning Patch My PC solutions with their business models, customer requirements, and go-to-market strategies.
• Be accountable for the end-customer experience when customers engage directly, providing onboarding support, resolving issues, handling commercial inquiries, and managing escalations in collaboration with the partner.
• Oversee partner-led opportunities from start to finish, including pipeline management, forecasting, and contract negotiations, while working closely with internal teams.
• Develop robust product and industry knowledge to effectively communicate value, identify expansion opportunities, and support both partners and customers.
• Ensure accurate account, opportunity, and pipeline data is maintained in Salesforce to assist with forecasting, prioritizing, and partner execution.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B software sales or account management with a strong emphasis on channel partners (MSPs, resellers, distributors).
• Proven track record of owning and expanding partner relationships, influencing partner-led pipelines, and achieving measurable revenue and retention outcomes.
• Established capability to manage renewals, expansions, and complex deal cycles through channel partners.
• Ability to balance partner ownership while ensuring a positive end-customer experience when customers engage directly for onboarding, issue resolution, or commercial support.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority.
• A growth mindset; receptive to feedback, quick to adapt, and consistently seeking improvement in a rapidly changing environment.
• High level of operational discipline, including precise pipeline and account management within CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
