This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
β’ Build and sustain robust relationships with key clients within the industry.
β’ Ensure ongoing product visibility and secure listings for new innovations at retail locations.
β’ Enhance brand visibility through strategic shelf placement and effective merchandising.
β’ Negotiate and execute promotional initiatives that align with the commercial strategy.
β’ Formulate and implement customer business plans that are in line with commercial goals.
β’ Analyze sector performance metrics (distribution/DN, stock-outs, sales) and manage KPIs effectively.
β’ Perform active competitor analysis and identify potential growth opportunities.
β’ Collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing, supply chain, and category management.
β’ Partner with a promoter to optimize in-store execution.
β’ A degree (Bac+2 to Bac+5 equivalent) in business or a related area of study.
β’ Extensive experience in sales or territory/sector management, preferably within FMCG.
β’ Strong focus on results and excellent analytical capabilities.
β’ Outstanding interpersonal skills coupled with strong commercial insight.
β’ A valid driver's license is mandatory.
β’ A collaborative team player who is self-sufficient and enjoys challenges.
β’ Field experience in large-scale retail environments such as supermarkets or hypermarkets.
β’ Proficient in commercial analysis tools, including Excel and reporting software.
β’ Initial 6-month fixed-term contract (CDD), with the potential to transition to a permanent contract (CDI) based on performance.
