This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Foster and maintain strong relationships with IFAs through proactive engagement, effective communication, and reliable service delivery, serving as the main point of contact for inquiries and support related to funds.
• Perform regular outbound calling and conduct Teams meetings with IFAs and Paraplanners to advocate for the fund range, share updates, and cultivate long-term partnerships.
• Execute virtual fund presentations, webinars, and product updates for IFAs and other Financial Services organizations.
• Actively seek out and develop new business prospects among existing and potential IFAs and Financial Services firms.
• Supply IFAs and Paraplanners with detailed fund performance data, market insights, and technical/product assistance.
• Collaborate closely with the Investment Specialist Team to ensure a cohesive strategy in supporting accounts.
• Partner with the Marketing team to strategize digital campaigns, webinars, and email communications aimed at the IFA channel.
• Work hand-in-hand with the Account Director to ensure a unified coverage strategy for shared accounts.
• Stay informed about regulatory requirements (FCA, Consumer Duty) that impact fund distribution.
• Keep abreast of current regulatory practices.
• A minimum of five years’ experience in a comparable role within an Asset Management firm, Wealth Management organization, or financial institution.
• Demonstrated account management experience, preferably within IFA distribution.
• Exceptional telephone etiquette, communication skills, and virtual presentation capabilities.
• Highly organized and self-driven, with a proven track record of managing competing priorities and achieving results with minimal supervision while working remotely.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• A collaborative team player.
• Resilient and accountable, with a readiness to take ownership of challenges and persist in achieving desired outcomes.
• Commercial acumen, business initiative, and emotional intelligence.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Solid understanding of the UK retail investment market and the IFA purchasing process.
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel.
