⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in merchandising, e-commerce, retail, brand partnerships, artist management, or a similar commerce-focused position.

• Strong project management abilities, capable of handling multiple priorities, timelines, and stakeholders in a fast-paced setting.

• Excellent skills in relationship-building and communication, with a history of collaboration involving clients, artists, and cross-functional teams.

• A commercial mindset paired with a passion for merchandising, fan engagement, and crafting strategies that enhance revenue and business growth.

• Highly organized, proactive, and solution-oriented, demonstrating a collaborative approach and a commitment to continuously improving processes and achieving outstanding results.
