This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +28 more states.
• Take full ownership and manage a significant portfolio of banking and credit union client relationships as the main point of contact.
• Foster robust client partnerships through proactive communication, timely delivery of pertinent research, and clear, value-added insights that address essential business needs and priorities.
• Work in conjunction with the research team and consultants to convert research insights and data into actionable recommendations that aid client decision-making.
• Increase account revenue by identifying upsell and expansion opportunities within your portfolio.
• Oversee the renewal process, including timing, positioning, and proposals through consistent client communication.
• Cultivate strategic relationships with key stakeholders within your client portfolio to enhance long-term partnerships and retention.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in account management, client success, or consultative sales roles.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and expand a book of business, with revenue responsibility.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with experience engaging directly with senior-level clients.
• Capacity to translate research, data, or insights into clear business recommendations in collaboration with team members.
• A commercial mindset with ease in leading renewal and expansion discussions.
• Highly organized, capable of managing multiple client relationships independently.
• Proficient in MS Office and comfortable navigating modern database and communication systems.
