This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Thailand.
• Cultivate, enhance, and sustain robust relationships with media agencies, planners, and advertising stakeholders.
• Serve as the main point of contact for designated accounts, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction and engagement.
• Actively seek out opportunities to assist client objectives through customized advertising and media solutions.
• Conduct regular meetings with clients, business reviews, presentations, and discussions regarding campaigns.
• Grasp client goals, campaign needs, and business challenges to offer strategic recommendations.
• Propel account growth through upselling and cross-selling opportunities within the company's product offerings.
• Collaborate with internal strategy teams to create tailored media and audience targeting solutions.
• Formulate comprehensive media plans that include budget distribution, audience targeting, and campaign suggestions.
• Track campaign pacing, performance, and delivery throughout the entire campaign lifecycle.
• Prepare and present campaign reports, insights, and post-campaign analyses that highlight performance and business impact.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or a related discipline is preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience in digital advertising, media, marketing, ad-tech, or a comparable field.
• Background in client-facing roles such as Account Management, Client Services, Media Planning, Sales Support, Campaign Management, or Ad Operations.
• Knowledge of digital advertising, media planning, audience targeting, and campaign performance metrics.
• Experience collaborating with agencies and advertiser clients is highly desirable.
• Proficient in both Thai and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
