Account Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Establish strong relationships with current customers to provide tailored solutions for their unique requirements.

• Promote additional products to existing clients.

• Deliver prompt responses to inquiries through phone and email communication.

• Manage certificates, endorsements, and binder requests for personal lines insurance policies.

• Guarantee a positive customer experience in every interaction.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of one year of experience in property and casualty insurance.

• Valid property and casualty insurance license.

• Must be based in the Central Time Zone.

• Experience servicing existing policyholders with a proven record in customer service.

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Capability to perform effectively at a high level within a virtual work environment.
