This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.
• Develop and nurture relationships with retailers and their leadership to enhance margins and optimize store operational efficiency.
• Prioritize results while fostering strong connections through virtual training sessions and one-on-one meetings.
• Leverage hardware and software solutions to boost accountability and improve performance efficiencies.
• Contribute to transforming the rapidly expanding virtual lease-to-own (“LTO”) market.
• Bring your sales expertise, strategies, and innovative ideas as you join us in revolutionizing consumer finance.
• Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, entrepreneurial atmosphere where you can make a significant impact on our customers.
• Travel may be required (up to 10%).
• 3 to 5 years of experience in account management.
• Over 3 years of experience in successfully managing accounts, preferably within a retail setting.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills along with strong oral and written communication abilities are required.
• Proficient in MS Office applications, including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Proven experience in CRM systems, including activity logging, insights provision, and report analysis.
• Previous experience in training is preferred.
• A strong work ethic, high initiative, and a keen interest in new technologies and software applications are essential.
