Account Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee essential operational components of projects, including client onboarding, regulatory approvals, production, execution, and reporting for Medlive's promotional initiatives.

• Act as the primary contact for clients and external stakeholders.

• Create, manage, and uphold comprehensive project and program schedules, timelines, and budgets.

• Monitor, evaluate, and report on program performance, deliverables, and critical metrics.

• Collaborate with Medlive's marketing team to ensure every facet of the promotional program is complete, accurate, and adheres to client regulatory and legal standards.

• Liaise with both internal and external stakeholders to guarantee alignment on program goals, deliverables, and execution strategies.

• Be prepared to travel up to 10% to assist with in-studio broadcasts as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of relevant professional experience, ideally in a project management or client service role within the healthcare sector.

• Experience in a healthcare agency is highly desirable.

• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with frequently changing objectives and deadlines.

• Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to collaborate within a team managing multiple projects that involve diverse internal and external partners.
