This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +40 more states.
• Build and cultivate strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and fostering long-term loyalty.
• Serve as a trusted advisor by comprehensively understanding client requirements and aligning these with our solutions.
• Recognize opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to drive revenue growth and enhance account value.
• Oversee renewals and contract negotiations, ensuring a smooth experience for clients.
• Address client queries, resolve issues, and proactively offer solutions to enhance engagement.
• Stay informed about industry trends and competitor products to provide strategic advice to clients.
• Demonstrate the ability to prioritize tasks and effectively manage multiple accounts.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in customer-facing B2B software sales, ideally across various segments (SMB through Mid-Market and Channel).
• Proven ability to manage complex customer relationships from start to finish and achieve measurable business outcomes.
• Strong commercial insight with a history of meeting or surpassing revenue, renewal, and expansion objectives.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• A growth-oriented mindset; receptive to feedback, quick to adapt, and continually seeking improvement.
• Expertise in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and data-driven sales methodologies.
