Account Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bulgaria, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Build and oversee your own client portfolio.

• Guide caregivers who have shown interest and develop your own pipeline.

• Engage in discussions about potential care assignments with caregivers and assist them during transitions and emergencies.

• Take full responsibility for managing your caregiver roster and serve as their primary point of contact throughout their assignments.

• Keep in regular touch with caregivers and carry out satisfaction surveys concerning the families they assist.

• Offer best practices for resolving conflicts to caregivers.

• Work closely with international teams and provide constructive insights to enhance internal processes and customer experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience as a recruiter or account manager for live-in caregivers (if working remotely).

• Basic experience in account management, customer support, sales, or live-in care (if working in an office).

• Enjoy making phone calls and effectively engaging with caregivers.

• Friendly, approachable, and communicative demeanor.

• Eagerness to learn quickly and drive progress.

• Fluency in Bulgarian (C2 level) and proficiency in either English or German.

• Familiarity with systems such as Salesforce, Pipedrive, or HubSpot is a plus.
