This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Serve as the main contact for healthcare organizations, ensuring the effective management and organization of training projects scheduled with us.
• Coordinate the initiation of course projects and act as the primary liaison for your client throughout the project's duration, while continually enhancing existing processes (time management, reporting/analysis, meetings, planning necessary internal and external resources, etc.).
• Collaborate closely with the Operations team to guarantee that all “Project Deliverables” are completed promptly and meet the highest quality standards.
• Establish trusting and strategically beneficial relationships with all stakeholders through proactive and targeted communication.
• Maintain all pertinent data in the CRM system in an up-to-date manner.
• Identify opportunities for upselling with clients and execute these opportunities independently or in cooperation with the Key Account/Sales team.
• Actively provide feedback to aid in the strategic optimization of processes.
• You have completed a degree or commercial vocational training and possess at least 2 years of experience in Account Management.
• You embrace the startup mindset and are enthusiastic about taking ownership, optimizing tasks, and getting involved in hands-on work.
• Customer satisfaction and retention are priorities for you, and you can communicate effectively with our diverse stakeholders.
• You are a dedicated team player, achieving optimal results as part of a team and coordinating closely with colleagues from Sales and Operations.
• You maintain a clear perspective even in high-pressure situations and know how to prioritize effectively.
• You are digitally adept and have experience using a CRM tool. You are proficient with Office programs and other digital applications.
• You possess excellent German skills (C2 level) and very good English skills (the company language is English!).
