This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain, +3 more countries.
• Oversee the daily execution of designated projects and programs.
• Facilitate collaboration among internal teams to ensure high-quality deliverables are achieved within established timelines and budgets.
• Contribute to financial success and profitable project delivery through precise financial oversight.
• Define project scopes, create budgets, and assist with change notices and change orders.
• Aid in invoicing, revenue recognition, and project closure processes.
• Assess project financial status and address challenges in partnership with Account Management colleagues.
• Maintain and enhance Account Growth Plans and strategic pricing strategies.
• Establish trusted relationships with clients and serve as the primary contact for project delivery on a daily basis.
• Lead discussions on client project status, prepare agendas and reports, and organize calls and speakers.
• Communicate with clients regarding budgets, change notices, and reconciliations.
• Navigate difficult conversations and negotiations effectively.
• Support the creation of proposals and presentations for sales and bid defenses.
• Cultivate a deep understanding of the therapeutic landscape and develop expertise in relevant service areas.
• Coordinate account, project, and program teams to ensure high-quality program delivery on time and within budget.
• Manage operational aspects of projects in compliance with SOPs, policies, and best practices.
• Develop work scopes and provide briefs to delivery teams.
• Create, monitor, and report on project timelines.
• Identify and tackle scheduling and delivery challenges.
• Manage project budgets, including invoice raising, approval, and tracking.
• Generate and distribute status updates, tracking, and financial reports.
• Take ownership of customer satisfaction and implement improvement actions.
• Oversee and coordinate cross-functional project teams and resources.
• Lead efforts in problem-solving and resolution.
• Provide training and mentorship to junior staff members.
• Prepare and deliver project information during internal team meetings.
• Identify and execute process enhancements.
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• 7 years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry or agency environment, or a combination of education, training, and experience that is equivalent.
• Strong understanding of biopharmaceutical lifecycle strategies and Practice Area services and solutions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Advanced computer literacy, organizational abilities, communication skills, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a global context to achieve results.
• Good leadership qualities within a matrix environment and the ability to guide and mentor junior staff.
• Solid understanding of business strategy.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Good judgment and decision-making abilities.
