This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Actively market iClassPro to swim schools, gyms, dance studios, cheer programs, camps, and other youth activity organizations throughout Australia.
• Manage the entire customer journey for new clients, from the initial discussion to onboarding and their ongoing success.
• Oversee the onboarding process for the accounts you secure, ensuring customers are thoroughly equipped, trained, and confident in utilizing the platform.
• Establish trustworthy relationships with owners and operators, gaining insight into their objectives and assisting them in leveraging iClassPro to meet those goals.
• Recognize upsell and cross-sell opportunities when suitable and aligned with the customer's best interests.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Onboarding, Support, and Product teams to provide a cohesive customer experience.
• Serve as the internal advocate for customers by relaying feedback, trends, and suggestions for enhancements.
• Previous experience in the youth activity sector is highly desirable.
• Background in sales, account management, customer success, and/or onboarding within a SaaS or service-oriented environment.
• Exceptional relationship-building abilities and a sincere passion for supporting customers' success.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High degree of organization, follow-through, and accountability for your work.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously.
• A consultative approach, focusing on problem-solving rather than merely closing sales.
