This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Build and sustain robust relationships with key stakeholders in the current customer base through various communication methods including phone, video, email, and in-person meetings to comprehend their business objectives and challenges.
• Stimulate engagement within the existing client base through calls and emails to generate opportunities and develop a pipeline.
• Design and implement strategic marketing services reviews to pinpoint growth opportunities and foster expansion within accounts.
• Identify and actively pursue chances to upsell marketing services that meet customer needs and goals.
• Work in conjunction with the Customer Success and SaaS Account Management teams to guarantee that customers successfully adopt and utilize our solutions to achieve their intended results.
• Timely address and resolve customer issues and concerns, collaborating with internal teams as necessary.
• Keep a precise record of sales activities, leads, and opportunities within the CRM system.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related discipline is preferred.
• Over 3 years of experience in software sales, ideally within the SMB and mid-market sectors.
• Proven background in selling SEO, digital advertising, and website services.
• Familiarity with CRM and Telephony solutions (preferably Salesforce, Salesloft).
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the capability to establish and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Comprehensive understanding of sales processes and techniques related to upselling and cross-selling.
