This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and implement strategic account-level plans to meet revenue growth objectives across key accounts.
• Collaborate with internal sales teams to monitor forecasting, pipeline activities, and progress towards targets.
• Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in engineering, purchasing, and management roles.
• Offer consultative support during customer design and purchasing processes to enhance product adoption.
• Present products and services professionally to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Identify obstacles, needs, and opportunities for customers; suggest solutions to boost satisfaction and increase revenue.
• Generate and share customer insights, competitive intelligence, and market trends with sales leadership and product teams.
• Work in partnership with product managers, engineers, and leadership to aid in business development efforts.
• Employ effective sales strategies and continuously improve methods to optimize account performance.
• Ensure accurate tracking of forecasts, opportunity funnels, account activities, and progress updates.
• A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial sales, preferably in selling mechanical components for automation or assembly equipment.
• Exceptional consultative selling skills with the ability to engage various levels within a customer organization.
• A high degree of business acumen with the capability to transform customer needs into practical solutions.
• A strategic mindset with the ability to create and implement account growth strategies.
• Outstanding communication skills (both verbal and written) with confidence in presenting to diverse audiences.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
• Results-oriented with a commitment to achieving revenue goals and measurable results.
• Ability to foster relationships and influence stakeholders internally and externally.
• High levels of ownership, accountability, and initiative.
• Flexibility and responsiveness in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Industry knowledge in automation, mechanical components, or related manufacturing sectors is preferred.
• Experience engaging with markets such as automotive, semiconductor, medical, or electric vehicles is preferred.
