This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Develop and implement strategies at the account level to meet revenue growth objectives for key accounts.
• Collaborate with internal sales teams to monitor forecasting, pipeline activities, and progress towards goals.
• Establish and nurture relationships with decision-makers and influencers in engineering, purchasing, and management.
• Provide consultative assistance throughout customer design and purchasing processes to promote product adoption.
• Present products and services professionally to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Identify customer challenges, needs, and opportunities; propose solutions to enhance satisfaction and drive revenue.
• Generate and share insights on customers, competitive intelligence, and market trends with sales leadership and product teams.
• Work in partnership with product managers, engineers, and leadership to support business development efforts.
• Utilize effective sales strategies and continually refine methods to optimize account performance.
• Keep accurate records of forecasts, opportunity funnels, account activities, and progress updates.
• A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience in industrial sales. Experience in selling mechanical components for automation/assembly equipment is preferred.
• Strong consultative selling abilities with a talent for engaging various levels within a customer organization.
• High business acumen with the capacity to translate customer requirements into actionable solutions.
• Strategic mindset with the capability to create and implement account growth strategies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with confidence in presenting to diverse audiences.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
• Results-oriented with a commitment to achieving revenue goals and measurable outcomes.
• Ability to cultivate relationships and influence stakeholders both internally and externally.
• High level of ownership, accountability, and initiative.
• Adaptability and responsiveness in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of the automation, mechanical components, or related manufacturing sectors is preferred.
• Experience in markets such as automotive, semiconductor, medical, or electric vehicles is preferred.
