This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

• Oversee designated house accounts and act as the main internal liaison for customer inquiries.

• Engage in customer meetings and deliver status updates as necessary.

• Manage and oversee customer supplier portals.

• Assist with customer payment follow-ups and resolve issues as they arise.

• Evaluate customer purchase orders (POs) for compliance with terms and conditions.

• Input and oversee orders in the ERP system (Syspro).

• Coordinate shipping dates with Operations and relay confirmations to customers.

• Process cash-in-advance and credit card transactions, including generating pro-forma invoices.

• Initiate customer concurrence requests concerning product or supplier modifications.

• Handle engineering-related orders and submit necessary documentation.

• Manage customer expedite requests, including adjustments to ship dates, quantities, and order cancellations.

• Initiate customer complaints and oversee the RMA process from start to finish.

• Receive and process customer RFQs.

• Provide customers with essential documentation, such as shipping papers, SDS, and UN/DOT certifications.

• Create and distribute weekly open order reports.

• Associate's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

• At least 5 years of experience in customer service, account management, inside sales, or order management within a manufacturing context.

• Familiarity with ERP systems (Syspro is preferred).

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.

• Strong organizational and time management capabilities.

• Capacity to manage multiple projects efficiently while adhering to deadlines.

• Proven problem-solving and customer relationship management skills.
