Account Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Establish and nurture robust relationships with hospice clients and essential stakeholders.

• Consistently communicate the company's value proposition through brand-aligned account management.

• Collaborate with Clinical Managers to ensure appropriate medication usage, enhance patient care, and manage costs effectively.

• Facilitate regular client reviews by preparing agendas, coordinating pre-call preparations, and documenting notes and deliverables.

• Keep precise account documentation in Salesforce.

• Assist with onboarding processes, implementations, and interface activities, including training after go-live.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, Nursing, Business Administration, Pharmacy, or a related field is required.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare account management, client services, hospice operations, pharmacy services, clinical support, or a similar healthcare setting is required.

• Clinical licensure (RN, LPN, RPh, or PharmD) is preferred but not mandatory.

• Relevant certifications in healthcare, hospice, account management, or project management are preferred.
